What is coaching?

Coaching can be many things for many people, but essentially it is a relationship to help you to achieve your goals, aspirations, needs or wants through a series of sessions. The largest growth will happen between sessions.

How will I be coached?

Our approach is a client-centred approach. What this means essentially is that we believe you have the answers within you and our conversations will help draw these out. You are best placed to understand what will work for you and our sessions will help you put plans in place that feel achievable, manageable and personalised to you.

What kind of packages do you offer?

There are a range of packages available depending on what you would like to achieve. From offering emotional intelligence coaching to more longterm packages. Check out our coaching packages page. Packages will be paid in full from the offset of the coaching journey.
